Twinkle LED Photo Frame

I’ve been experienment in designing a frame that uses LEDs in random patten flashing on and off similar to the stars twinkling at night. I’ve done some google searches for something like this but have not found any so I built my own.

    Since my boss is stressing over the fact Renee is leaving I had a chance to check you blog. Hehehehe

    I love the frame. I might pay to make one for me so I can place my picture with Nathen. :)

    Ev is using three outputs of a 4060 ripple counter to do the pseudo-random flickering.
