It's just that I'm sick and tired of seeing it! Almost every response at a certain company is "Do we need to set up a meeting?" or "Please set up a meeting." This makes things drag on for ever and ever. In trying to start our own businesses, I can't stand the waste of time. I can barely watch TV anymore, let alone sit on a call talking about nothing. However, I have consulted for companies where upper management seems to actually WANT to waste time. They seem afraid of competent employees as well.
