		<description>We manage to get all of our frozen, fresh veggies, meat, and cheeses into two large insulated Sam&#039;s Club insulated bags. They get heavy, but not too horrible Maybe 15 lbs.

For cans and bottles, no way, they have to be bagged in smaller stuff. Or, do like GFS does, and put things in cardboard boxes. That works pretty well, but the store had to be set up for that (GFS has big spaces for boxes near the register).

In fact, coming to think of it, I think that GFS does the best for grocery checkout. You do one cart to another, using boxes.</description>
